Hello, I have a Galaxy S21 Ultra and still haven't received the Android 12 update, searching on Internet it seems that it can be a problem with CSC code on the phone or even the carrier provider hasn't released the update. How can I identify what is really the issue?
@Add_11476 Hi there 👋 Welcome to the Community. I've checked on my own S21 Ultra & it's showing that my Android version is already on 12 & there was a recent update on the 27th of June. Can you let me know when was the last update pushed to your phone? I'll get this checked out then for you.
As the phone wasn't bought from Three this may be why it's not gotten the most recent update but I can get this checked out to be sure. Can I get you to PM me the IMEI of the phone & where you bought the phone from so I can pass them along?

@Add_11476 As the community is a public forum you'll need to increase your rank to send PMs. You can increase your rank by commenting on posts, creating new posts, kudos or liking comments. I can see that you're about to rank up so once you do log out & back into the Community & you'll be able to PM us directly.
Im not great on Samsung's, but that phones software looks to be Spanish one (PHE)
I think you just need to wait for that operator to release the update.
