Hi I was abroad and was able to make calls and send and receive texts till I landed in Dublin Airport, Its not a bill issue as i have paid bill amount including charges abroad outside of plan . though still not registering on sytem . Since i turned off airplanr mode and even restarted my phone i cant make calls or send msgs or receive them accept on wifi. Not sure how to fix this issue its a new phone a samsung A15 is working perfectly otherwise

If this doesn't work Clare I'd also recommend checking if your network connection is on Automatic and check if have connected to the network using our How to manually select a network on the A15 in our support guide here.
