Voicemail not working

Hi

I have an issue with voicemail not working on PrePay. When I dial 171, I'm asked to enter my phone number+prefix, but when I do so, I'm told my number is not listed.

I've tried ##002# and ##21# but that returns an error 'Call Forwarding. Connection program or invalid MMI Code'

Or try to access your voicemail via 08x5xxxxxx

so if your number is 083123456 dial 0875123456
