WiFi Calling

Is WiFi calling available yet? I have no coverage in my area. I see other operator are advertising it.

@Robert_09440, Hey Robert, WiFi calling isn't available yet but we are working on it & hope to roll it out later this year. I've included a link to our ideas board which we'll update once it's available, make sure to check it out & keep an eye on it for further updates.

The only alternative I have found is Viber Out which isn't great.

Hi, any update on wifi calling? Seems it's available on Samsung devices but not on other android devices.

When is it expected to be available for other devices (Pixel6)?

@Eamonn_15051 Hi Eamon & welcome to the 3Community 😊 We're currently in talks with other phone manufacturers to get WiFi calling ready. Once WiFi calling has been enabled for you you'll receive an SMS. Keep an eye out on the list of the devices, this will be updated once new devices are able to avail of WiFi calling. Why is it that Wifi calling on an iPhone is available on Vodafone and Eir but not on Three? If I'd know that was the case, I'd never have switched back to Three. I find it very annoying as coverage is very poor in my house and Wifi calling makes a huge difference. I'd love to go back to Vodafone again but I only realised how lacking my Three service was after 20 days, not the allowable 14 days... so it's tough luck for me. Pay €300 or suffer terrible service for the next 11 months.
