I followed the steps to get 4G, and I can see 4G is an option when I go into my settings menu but when I select 4G, 3G still on the top of the phone meaning I am not using the 4G network, is there something else that I must do ?

It's an iphone 5c.
Even when I select 4G in settings, 3G is still on the front of my phone.
