4G

I was an O2 customer , then became 3 . Have iPhone 6 , my phone is 4G ready but I cannot access it . Do I have to change my SIM card to get 4G , I have been in the same area as other 3 users and they have had 4G and yet I can't access it

I was a former O2 customer, I have a 4G ready phone and my software is up to date, I am in the 4G area but I cannot access 4G.Do I need a new SIM card or can you help me?

Hi, free 4G access will be available to prepay customers from the 31st of July.
