Well that didnt take long!  Price of Calls and Texts have gone up.  While service has gone down

They're just trying to tie us all down to contracts from now on!

 

Since 3 have taken over from 02:

 

1. Awful network coverage.

2. Terrible internet speed

3. Price Hikes

 

AND WHERE IS THE INSTANT SUPPORT CHAT GONE?

 

Absolute shambles of a company. I'll be switching once my credit runs out....

Where is the chat support then? The navigation on this website is awful. Feel like I'm going around in circles. Yeah, the 3g has dramatically decreased in quality, so much so that I am incapable of using services such as WhatsApp or Viber. Videos take forever to load now. When I do ring someone, the quality is always terrible now and I end up having to message them if I can manage to get online. Also, I was looking to change my password and there seems to be no easy way to find that either. The support person I was speaking to the last time said they could do that for me, but I'd prefer to do that on my own obviously.

My login password to this site. I want to be able to change it on my own. Usually something like that would be in the Account section, called 'Change Password'. I experience coverage issues in most places now yes. My phone seems to constantly have the E symbol as opposed the 3G option now. Can I ask again? Where is the instant chat support??!

 

Edit: Found the password link now. Is that new? Surely I would have been told the last time otherwise

My password I use now is always more thatn 10 characters. Why is there a limit? Surely, the more characters the better as its more secure. I understand having a minimum, but there really is no need for a maximum, especially if its as low as 10...

Did you manage to reset your password Emmetmcd?

What phone are you using? If you're experiencing issues everywhere you go it maybe an issue with your sim or phone. I can post you out a new sim card to test this.

In regards with the chat option can you try clearing your cache and testing another browser. The chat option is available but I'll look into the reasons why it's not popping for you.

Not looking good for 3. Mate of mine has the same connection issues, fine when it was o2, gone to crap since 3 took over. Just to formally inform and protest. I will be binning my 3 sim when the price gos up. Thanks but no thanks.
