Replacement phone hasn't arrived

Hi

I sent my phone away a week ago to be replaced due to water damage, and I was told in the shop that i would have it back within 2 days, yet I'm still waiting a week later.

Just wondering if anyone can help me in finding out where my phone is?

I checked to see if my phone had arrived at the offices and it was there within the next morning that I posted it.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Your phone has to be sent to our repair company unfortunately it takes longer than 2 days.

It can take up to 2 weeks to retrieve your phone back from phonecover.

yes it was an iphone 5c

no, i was told to send it to your offices and there would be  €50 charge.

I went to a store and they just printed out a form that I had to fill in and send myself.
