So uv paid insurance for over 12 mths of 14€ per mth and my screen smashed tonite for the first time and three say iv to pay €65 excess for a claim on my fon, I understood this was for a replacement if the fon was broke not for a screen???
Hi Chelly, this is the excess fee for putting through any claim so it would apply to damaged phones too. This would be outlined in the T&C's of the policy.
Ok, iv printed out the form, I'm workin today and on roamin but I can't ring the 1850 number on uk, any suggestions? Iv emailed phone cover but no reply
You can return the phone and form directly to them today along with the payment of the €65 for the excess. You'll see the postal address on the bottom of the claim form that this can be sent back to.
