Hi Chelly, this is the excess fee for putting through any claim so it would apply to damaged phones too. This would be outlined in the T&C's of the policy.
Did you send an email to info@phonecover.ie? They usually come back within 24 hours.
You can return the phone and form directly to them today along with the payment of the €65 for the excess. You'll see the postal address on the bottom of the claim form that this can be sent back to.
You can send the phone back anyway and then once you've access to the 1850 number you can ring to make the payment tomorrow.
