I've had an ios phone and had (what was then called), the o2 app where by you could check your account status, minutes, texts etc... After awhile, it started to deteriorate and it stopped working for me. So I just deleted it from my phone. Then last year, I switched phones tto a htc phone, reinstalled the 02 app again... Same problems started happening.. it initially works then it stops working. So I deleted it again. Then when Three took over, I reinstalled it ..... Again, it works for the first few hrs, then when you want to go bk to it again, it just doesn't work. The information doesn't load on the screen... Same pattern as all other times previously. I've been onto the customer support team and techniCal support team who has assured me they've fixed any issues but again.. every time I delete it and reinstall it, the same problem occurs. Any one else have a problem too with app? According to the Android Play Store, it seems to be a common problem.
