Big Problem

Hi, I'm Ji-Soo who is using three. I became a top-up on May 25. But today, 20 euros was paid again. I didn't pay in duplicate, but I want to get a refund that the money was paid today

@Jisoo_28636 Hi Ji-Soo & welcome to the 3Community. Is the charge for the top-up done on 31.05 showing as pending or complete? When you log into your My3 account does it show that two top-ups have been done on the above dates?
