I'm trying to enable to Wi-Fi calling on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, which is listed as a compatible device for this service and it's advertised that 3 does provide Wi-Fi calling, however when I try to enable this feature I get a message saying "To allow Wi-Fi calling on this account, contact 3 Ireland."
I need this feature to work as my work sign-in system requires number inputs via phone call, however calls are automatically swapped to the 3G network, which is very outdated and very slow and often times doesn't register my PIN inputs.
