For at least two weeks now, I'm getting the error in the screenshot below when I try to log into the My3 iPhone app using my Apple account. This is how I've always logged in. The nature of the error suggests that it's not specific to my user account.

Hey @NFH I have checked here today and the Apple login is working and there isn't an instance that this is affecting all of the Apple logins so as this is specifically related to you logging in his is why you would need to report it to our team who would investigate this further.
Hey @NFH thanks for posting here, firstly I would recommend checking the App Store to make sure there isn't an update that needs to be completed.
Also have you tried loging on through a web browser on your phone to check if it is happening on both Web and App?
If this continues to happen I would recommend speaking to our web messaging team here who can raise this with our technical team for you.
Hi @Three_Niall. Yes, I am definitely on the latest app version. That's the first thing I checked after the error suggested an invalid client. I can log in via a web browser, because the issue is not with my account. The issue is with the My3 iPhone app. Given that the issue is specific to the app and is not specific to my account, why do I personally need to do all the work to report this to the relevant department? Can you not report this internally? Have you tried to reproduce it yourself?
