Have you already purchased the new account? If you haven't you can do this through your My3 account. Once you've logged in on the dashboard (mid-screen left-hand side) click Add new line.
Let me know how you get on or if you've already purchased the new accounts.
I have a number registered on myThree, recently bought a second SIM from the store for a second phone. I want to add this new SIM to the same myThree account as my current one but there doesn't seem to be an option
The only option I can see to do this is to request another SIM card through myThree, which I would rather not do
Is there a way to add a second existing number to the account?

Yes both account purchased already, bill pay one was bough with the same email but never registered to the account.
Hi @Tom_82888 to add existing numbers to your My3 account just follow the below steps;
Log in to your My3 account
Click on the user menu icon (top right)
select manage profile
select manage my account
Click add number
Give these steps a try and let me know if you have any difficulties 👍
