Bill Pay account deactivated

Hi

 

my bill pay account has gone overdue and i am unable to pay it at the moment. my service has been completely deactivated. i cant make/receive phone calls/texts. i have no signal. my Three account does not let me access anything or sign in to the app.

 

i contacted support via the web and was told to pay it over the phone or visit a store. after telling them that that phoning not an option as my number has been disabled, i was told to use a friends phone... even if i was able to make it to a store, paying the bill is not something i can financially do right now.

 

i am very stuck for options here, contacting online support was no help, was left over an hour to get a resolution that did not help. i need to be able to access my phone number as with out it i can not sign in to my government log ins which are very important.

Hey @ch4 , thanks for posting here, if your account has been suspended or cancelled due to an overdue balance on the account the only way we would be able to reactivate the number is to make a payment on the account however we don't take payment over the Community.

 

If you are unable to make a payment and you are looking to set up a Payment plan you can call 1800944933 from another number. If you would like me to check the account you can PM me with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth however I wouldn't be able to activate the number without payment.
