Hi, 

I recently bought a bill pay plan in store. I was not happy with how it was set up as my phone number was changed and it’s connected to a card that I don’t use. I went to return it a few days later, everything untouched, and was told there were no returns. This was not mentioned to me previously in store, on the website or on the leaflets I was given. I just want to connect my new bill pay plan to my old number. This has caused me so much hassle over the last two weeks, I’ve been to multiple three stores and spoken to so many customer service representatives. Please I just want the plan moved to my old number.
