Not receiving sms from other networks or verification codes

Hi,

 

I changed over from Vodafone to Three last week and I cannot receive text messages or verification texts and this is very frustrating trying to set up my apps on my new phone.

 

I can see this has happened a lot of people from other threads and I need to know how to get this sorted. I logged into the support chat Saturday and they said it was sent to IT but I haven't heard anything and I really need to get this sorted. I need access to my text messages for work daily and would appreciate some assistance.

Firstly apologies about your situation as this isn't what we want to hear but we'd love to look into this for you. Pop through to us here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth and we can check the status of the ticket for you.
