Can't make any calls - Need Support

Hello, when I try to make a phone call to someone in my contacts, or a new number I type into the keyboard, the call does not go through to the number I am ringing.  Instead, the call is going through to Three's voicemail menu.  All I hear is 'Welcome to Three, your call may be recorded for training purposes.'

 

I have rebooted the phone and checked that the OS is up to date.

 

I am searching trying to find out how to get support for this issue.  Is this the only place to report problems to receive support?  I posted this topic yesterday and have received no replies. How do I talk to a Three employee, please?  Thanks

To me, that sounds like you're being directed to Customer Care. Have you gone through to Care and spoken to an agent?
