I cannot pay my bill on my3, the tab is just not there. It’s so monotonous having to call them up every month to pay over the phone.
I’m on the health services plan, has anyone else got the same problem or the solution?
@James_01146 thanks for PM'ing your details. I've made a change to your account. Can I get you to log out & back into your My3 account & let me know do you see a new section for making a payment?
@James_01146 Hi James, I'll check on this here for you. When you log into your My3 account either the web or app version you should see an option to 'Make a Payment'. If you're not seeing this option can I get you to send me a screenshot of what you first see when you log into your My3? You can black out any personal information that shows I just need to see the dashboard.

@James_01146 It looks like I'll need to make a change on your account to update your My3 view to be able to see the 'Make a Payment' section. Can I get you to PM me your number, full name, address, & date of birth for the validation of your account?
You'll need to increase your rank to send PMs. You can increase your rank by commenting on posts, creating new posts, kudos or liking comments. Once you rank up you'll get a message to notify you & you'll need to log out & back into the Community & you'll be able to PM us directly.
