I've tried with Chrome and Firefox. After I click [Create] on the Scheduled Top Up screen it just reloads the screen. There's no error message and the top up doesn't appear to be scheduled.
@Erick Next month when you top-up via your My3 account you'll be able to set up your scheduled top-up right away. Although the first scheduled top-up won't occur until December if you don't get stuck in the loop then it will have been successfully set up.
