At the moment when someone calls me my phone rings for like 10 seconds before going to voicemail. Can that be extended to 30 seconds before diverting to voicemail?
@LuciaMalaga Hi Lucia, you can extend your ring time by entering the following code into your phone's dial pad **61*08x5xxxxxxx**30#. For example, if your number was 0831234567, you would need to enter **61*08351234567**30#. The 30 at the end will increase the ring time to 30 seconds which is also the maximum ring time.
Can I get you to dial ##21# this will reset your voicemail service completely, once you've reset it can you then try the above shortcode & let me know if you get the same error message?
@LuciaMalaga thanks for the PM. I've made a change in the background now to extend your ring time. It'll take up to 30 mins to take effect. Once the 30 mins are up power off & on your phone to ensure it updates correctly 😊
