Charged 4 times for a pre-pay plan

Hi, I'm a prepay customer, and have toped-up €20 to activate my plan, which was successful.

But then I made 3 additional top-ups, but for each of them, €20 were discounted as "plan activation", so my credit balance shows €60 less to what it should be.

How is it possible that you deduct "plan activation" when the plan is already active?

@Add_55458 Hi there, each time you top-up by €20 the system reads this as a plan activation request. As part of your plan when you top up by the plan amount the credit is drawn-down & your plan allowances are activated for the next 28 days. Each time you topped up you were resetting your plan expiration date. 

To add credit to your balance it's best to top up by €10 or €15 so your plan isn't activated.
