I am just back from a trip to a non-EU country. I see I have been charged for incoming calls, even though I didn’t answer… surely this can’t be correct?
Hey @Emma_12417 , Welcome to the 3Community 🙂
I'd love to have a look into this for you and see what the charges were for. Pop through to us here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth and I can check this here for you.

I haven’t had that this time as using a tello esim. But did get charged briefly last year even with roaming off. Painful. I’ll have to ring to sort this when home as I don’t have time on holiday to be liking and creating multiple posts to pm
Hi Emma, I went through this pain also. It only got fixed when I got back home and I rang up 3 to disable voicemail messages. Like you said even if you turn off Roaming or in my case I even physically took out the SIM card, once people call your h phone and it goes to voicemail you get charged. Btw - 3 were kind enough to give me a credit for what I was charged. Hope that helps
Good to know. However I know none of the 3 calls left voicemails so I’ll get on about that! Must remember next time to disable voicemails for when I’m stateside!
