Deposit Refund

Hi, i bought two cellphones in august 2022. I had to pay in two deposits of a 200 € each (€400 in total) which i was told I was going to get back within 6 months. Now, almost 7 months after, still nothing,

I tried to call several times, but you always say that I have to wait some days, any ideas when this should be given back?

@Douglas_07223 Hi Douglas, I'll need to take a look at your account to confirm when the deposit will be added to it. Can I get you to PM me your number along with your full name, address, & date of birth for the validation of your account? 

You'll need to increase your rank to send PMs. You can increase your rank by commenting on posts, creating new posts, & kudos/liking comments. Once you rank up you'll get a message to notify you & you'll need to log out & back into the Community & you'll be able to PM us directly.

Is always deposit for bill pay plan giving back after 6mlnths ?
