Device deposit refund

i am waiting for my deposit refund. I paid €200 in April of this year. I have paid six bills on time, and i have just received my 7th bill and expected to see my deposit refund on there, but no.

Can you please tell me why this is the case?

i wouldn't have signed with 3 if i thought i wouldn't get my deposit back after six payments as i was told
