Error 403 when trying to upgrade plan/phone

I'm trying to get the Samsung S21 FE on the €45 plan but when I sign in and go to the basket after selecting the phone and plan it says "Error Code 403" or if I'm already signed in it wont let me choose a plan it says "Please contact to make a new purchase". Can anyone help me out please.

@S_Raffers Hi there, from the error message you're getting when you're signed in, your plan is currently our SIMO plan, correct? If so, before completing the upgrade our care team will need to get some extra information from you. As we're unable to process an upgrade on 3Community I would advise contacting our care team directly on freephone 1913.
