How to re-activate Amazon Prime Video?

I have been subscribed to Amazon Prime Video via Three since March 2021. 2 weeks ago I got an email the subscription was canceled even though I did not cancel myself. Now it shows up as 'revoked' in my services. How can I re-activate the Prime Video subscription?

@Add_12855 Hi there & welcome to the 3Community. We're aware that some customers are seeing 'revoked' on their My3 account regarding our subscription service. Our technical team is currently investigating this. At this moment we don't have a definite timeframe for a fix to be put in place but as soon as I have any update I'll let you know.

@Add_12855 @Narshe Hi both, just coming back to you with an update regarding the amazon subscription service. As of today we're no longer offering Amazon as a content subscription via Three. If you're still interested in availing of the service you'll need to set it up directly via Amazon.
