Insurance on bill pay phone cancled when upgraded.

Hi I hope this is received by someone  when I upgraded my phone in March over the phone your employee was very insistent that I upgrade without delay so I did upgrade, so my bill went up as it was an old plan I was on, so my bill ended up being the same price, so the employee over the phone got me to sign a new contract, when I signed the new contract I was under the impression that my insurance would continue on my new phone but my insurance was cancelled without my consent, unfortunately my phone has broken and now one of your employees in the limerick call center have blamed me for the mistake that your employee made over the phone and was not helpful in the slightest, the amount of back and forth calls and emails I have to send to try and sort this is an very frustrating not once have any employee helped with an alternative like offering me insurance staright away and then put a claim in or help me with a steal upgrade. Now I'm in limbo where no one can help and I'm without my phone. What I hope three will do after reading this is get a team leader or manager to ring me and answer questions or give me guidance other than blaming me for others mistakes. If the limerick call center could look after this I would be grateful.

Hi @Rory_10457 thanks for reaching out to us here on 3Community. Insurance is device specific, so if the device changes the insurance has to be renewed it can't carry from one device to the next.
