International hotspot

I am abroad in Spain and whenever I try to turn my hotspot on it says “To enable personal hotspot on this account contact 3 ireland how can I fix this please

@Adam2002, Hi there, that's a strange one! The reason being is that "hotspot" is not a 3 product or service but a feature on your phone. We don't have the ability to influence or support it ! However, data roaming on the other hand is something we can check. Do you have any data left in your allowance? Are you able to connect to data when you are not hotspotting?

Hey @Simonaelena_85616 , it sounds like you are having a similar issue. As hotspot isn't a device feature we wouldn't be able to guarantee that this is going to work especially if roaming however if I haven't understood the query pop back here and we can assist you further.
