Has anyone had any experience of moving bank accounts and issues with Three?
I tried to get my account changed over to the new bank and called three, but they were unable to find my account. The account was over 4 years old and I had no correspondence in years so I did not have any account information. The first correspondence from Three was a threat of court action, but at least now I had a number to follow up on. I followed up and spent over an hour on the phone to get to the point that I paid €30 for the period that the service was available and Three would drop off the €34.xx leaving my balance up to date. Three where then going to send me a new SIM as the old one was no longer available and that I would receive my bill as normal going forward for €30 per month. So After my call yesterday, my account should have been completely up to date and clear. Then today I received a txt saying that my account was set up and I would be billed for €99.09. I called Again and was told that there was an outstanding amount on my account which brought it up to that amount.
I believe this is something the Financial Ombudsman should be informed of.
Anyone know how I should proceed?

When did you last make a payment on the account prior to the recent €30? Once I have access to the account I can check this so I'll wait for your PM 👍
