Network change not receiving calls

I swapped over to three from Vodafone and I am ot receiving all of my calls. Certain people can ring me but a number of people can only ring if they use WhatsApp. Any ideas how to fix this! Thanks

@LyndseyIR Hi there, sounds like something for our technical team. Can you tell me if the people who can't ring you are from a variety of networks ( mobiles , landlines) ? How about texts, are they sending and receiving just fine?

Hi Deborah, I'm not sure on the texts but the calls are for a variety of
networks coming to me and I've asked my two daughters who transferred
across at the same time and they have the same issue. Also not able to get
connection properly if I'm up North, not sure if this is linked to same
issue or not

Are you BillPay or Prepay? Does this happen only when you are in the North? Oh would you have examples of the numbers that are trying to call you?

No this happens at home and I have a few nu.bers as examples. I can email
them to you or is there a way to share privately? Thanks for the help
