No 5g Service

Hi there, I am a 3 prepay customer and have noticed that I never have 5g coverage on my phone, even though it's 5g enabled. Can this be activated please? I can pm my details if required.

Edit: Have just realised I mistakenly posted in the bill pay forum... nevertheless if someone could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful. I don't want to change my plan at all, I just thought 5g was free to all 3 customers?

Hey @GM , thanks for posting your query here 🙂

5G is enabled on all of the plans that we actively sell as long as your device is 5G compatible, you are in an area with 5G coverage and your plan is active. If you are on a legacy plan there is a possibility that 5G is not available as part of this plan but I would love to clarify this for you.

Pop through to use here on PM along with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth so I can validate the account and confirm if 5G is available on your plan.
