TI signed up to three broadband a few days ago and I added on the prime membership. my order is complete but the prime membership still says pending. Please help.
@Rosemarie_19474 Hi Rosemarie, welcome to the Community. When you signed up for Prime did you receive a text or email with a sign-up link? If not could you check your spam folder to make sure it wasn't sent there by mistake? If it's not there, can you try cancelling down your Prime from your My3 account & re-activating it?
