Upgrade price compared to new customers

Why am I being charged €199 for my upgrade phone and new customers are getting it for €9.95 and getting €10 per month off there bill for 3 months

seems counter intuitive ??

I could just cancel and go elsewhere

very strange practice, I’ve been with 3 for at least 10 years

@MACKEN15 You are correct that the €9.99 offer is currently for customers that looking to move to Bill Pay. If you're already on Bill Pay you'll be unable to avail of the offer. Our offers change from time to time so keep an eye on our website to check when offers for existing customers take place.
