Purchase exceeds your transaction limit .

I cannot use phone credit on Google play store, the item is 38 euro .it keeps saying it exceeds your transaction limit.has three blocked me from purchasing on the play store I have 40 euro credit in phone.if you could please resolve this .

Hey @JohnYT thanks for posting here, when you are attempting to Purchase a month of Duo Lingo are you getting the transaction limit error also or a different error?

Hi Niall,

When I am in Duo Lingo, I can choose my billing type to pay for the month (€8.49) - default is my card but I am unable to select the '3' billing option. It has the following under it: 

Purchase exceeds your transaction limit. Contact your service provider.

Thanks @JohnYT , I have checked this here and the limits for 3Pay would be up €50 per transaction, €100 per day or €150 per month so I would assume your not falling under these limits unless you are on Prepay and don't have enough credit on your balance.

If you are unable to make the charge I would either try removing and re adding the payment option or you can also view our 3Pay Services blog where you can view links to contact the app providers for support on payment issues.

Hi Niall,

I have removed and added the payment option but not having luck with Duo Lingo. I can buy books off the Play Store, anti-virus subscription or single app purchase. Just not Duo Lingo, it states: "Purchase exceeds your transaction limit. Contact your service provider" when I try to select it.
