Remove Add-on

I want to remove the Add-on for Unlimited Mins on my account but i don't see an option to remove when I log in.

Please help.

Hi there @Julie_66763 I'd be happy to help you with this. When you log into your My3 account you'll need to click on 'My3 Account' at the top of your dashboard, next you'll click on 'My Add-ons'. In this screen you'll have two options 'My Add ons' and 'Explore Add Ons', please have a look to see if the unlimited mins add-on is present, if it is all you'll need to do is click remove. If it's not there please pop me a PM with your name, number, full address and date of birth and I'll have a look from my end.

Same problem for daily roaming addon. It stopped working yesterday evening after two days for no apparent reason and there is no option to remove it either. Any idea what’s wrong ?
