SIM card not active

I was just about to make a call on my Three SIM after 6 months of inactivity. It’s not working. Is there a way to get it working?

So I did what you suggested and still nothing, is not working. My phone is not locked to another company. Is it possible for you to check if my SIM card is still working? Or what should I do? Is it possible that I could do the top-up even if the SIM is not working?

@Lu_03401 I understand your concerns and no it wouldn't be possible to top-up successfully or log into to My3 if your number was cancelled. It's sounding more and more like you SIM is damaged. There are two options , it's up to you which suits you best .

 

1: Order a replacement SIM online

2: Pop into a Three store for a replacement SIM ( make sure to bring ID)
