I was just about to make a call on my Three SIM after 6 months of inactivity. It’s not working. Is there a way to get it working?
@Lu_03401 I understand your concerns and no it wouldn't be possible to top-up successfully or log into to My3 if your number was cancelled. It's sounding more and more like you SIM is damaged. There are two options , it's up to you which suits you best .
1: Order a replacement SIM online
2: Pop into a Three store for a replacement SIM ( make sure to bring ID)
