I am on bill pay and upgraded over the phone on the 16th September to an iPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB (Dark Purple). I know the phone was in short supply and so expected a delay. On the 28th September 3 emailed me with the title 'Order Promise Date Update' and said my delivery would be the 10th October. However I have been in contact with 3 customer support over the weekend and they cannot give me any update on when my order will ship. Can you provide some answers ? If someone from 3 gets in contact I can provide further details of my order details.

@HankSc0roi0 Hi there, regarding your order, you'll receive an email to confirm & a tracking number when it's shipped out for delivery. If you haven't gotten a confirmation email for your order, your order may get an updated 'promise date'. I'll be able to check on the order update for you, can I get your order number & once I have a date I'll pop back here to you.
