Transfer Contract

I would like to transfer my bill pay contact/number to my daughter. I am out of contract. What do I need to do this?

@Gemma1989 Hi Gemma, to change the account to your daughter's name you'll both need to visit your local Three store. If you're unsure where your nearest store is check it out here. When heading in-store you'll both need to bring proof of ID & if your daughter will also need to bring Direct Debit details to update where the payment will be taken from each month. That's all you'll need & the store agent will be able to transfer the account there & then for you.

@Gemma1989 Hi Gemma, it's only possible to change the account to someone else's name in-store.
