I recently ported my number from eir to 3 and I’ve had trouble receiving verification code texts from websites such as boots, mygov, PayPal.I need these codes in order to log in but I am not receiving them. Does 3 block these verification code texts as they think they’re spam?

How long were you waiting for it to be resolved? Same thing again today and I can’t access anything without the text codes

This is having a major impact on my business. The problem is affecting every application for me, not only banking. My number is linked to most of work tools that I rely on on a daily basis; and to make things worse, your phone support gets stuck in a never ending loop with no way to actually speak with someone.
The best I've been able to get in the last 5 days was the response below:
"We are aware that some customers are unable to receive service messages such as banking verification texts. This issue is caused by a 3rd party and Three is currently engaging with them to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused"
What is going on? and when can we expect this to be fixed?
I've been a customer for over 9 years and will be cancelling all of my services with you as soon as I can. I tried to set up a new account with Eir yesterday, but they needed to send a verification text to the phone while porting the number - so I'm held hostage until you get a fix.
This is a horrendous customer experience.
I’m stuck out of every app too including banking which I also use for my business. very frustrating and all I’m getting is that copy and pasted response that you’ve gotten. I just signed up yesterday to bill pay and really regretting my decision to switch, never had this issue before with any other carrier. will be cancelling.

Ive been experiencing this problem across different apps so I’d guessing it may have to so with the sim service. who can help you with the problem l?
@Margaret_24173 @Add_81509 @sofiaroque Our technical team is working with the affected 3rd party to get a fix put in place. We understand that being unable to receive verification SMS is causing issues. We do apologize for the inconvenience. The latest update I have is that changes were made yesterday & we saw a number of customers being able to receive the verification SMS. We're working to get every customer sorted as soon as I have any further updates I'll pop back to you here.
Good news our technical team has confirmed that a fix is now in place. We're seeing verification SMS now being successfully delivered. Just to confirm @Add_81509 @sofiaroque @Margaret_24173 @Alex96 have you been able to receive them? Please try and let me know how you get on.
I still am not receiving my verification texts. This is the 11th day I've had no access. Please arrange for someone from your team to call me back. I am sick to my teeth chasing you guys.
