Hi, I attempted to switch from prepay to billpay through my3 using the “check billpay offers” option. I had got as far as selecting a phone and a plan and entering the relevant details for a billpay account (employment details etc) when the page crashed. When I went back on to my account, I could see the cancelled order in my order history. Now, it won’t let me start the switching process again, telling me that “we can’t complete this action for <my number>”. Is there a way that this could be rectified so I can get on billpay? Thanks
