Upgrade cancelled?

Hi, 

 

I tried to upgrade my phone last Wednesday 22nd April to the Huawei P30 Pro. I got the confirmation email within an hour of upgrading and phone was due to be delivered last friday.

I then recieved an email to say the phone was not in stock and delivery would be delayed until yesterday the 27th.. 

Still no phone has arrived so i just checked my order on mythree and it now says cancelled? I am just looking for an update on my order - i am currently working from home and my current phone screen is smashed so it is important i get this ASAP

Have tried getting an answer on twitter and no one has gotten back to me and from previous experience that may take days. Have been on hold for over an hour on 1913..

Hi.
I ordered the P30 pro watch bundle going on 2 weeks ago. I never received a confirmation of order or dispatch email, so I contacted 1913. I was told it was out of stock, and it may take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. I notice on the online shop that it is now saying the item is not going to be restocked. Can you confirm if my order will be fulfilled or will I be waiting a few weeks only to be told that the order is cancelled?

I ordered a new phone today via the website and, after payment, recieved a confirmation number (which can be provided) and my account has been charged yet I got no confirmation email and my "My Orders" section of My3 is blank. I'm just looking for some clarification over the status of my order.

@JennD and @BB90  Hello there, when a phone is out of stock, the best thing is for it to be cancelled so that you can place another order. Have you tried to re-order? If you need any more info, regarding your account send us a PM along with your full name, number, address and date of birth. We're more than happy to help you 😊

My order is marked as submitted under order history. When I click into order details it is marked as completed, it hasn't been marked as cancelled like the other person you replied to. I was told it may take 2 to 3 weeks delivery previously, but the product doesnt seem to be available on the website anymore, so I don't know if my order will be fulfilled or cancelled, I would appreciate if you could let me know as soon as possible.

Why did i not get an email to say it had been cancelled? I only got told it was delayed.. only by chance i was able to log onto my3 (its glitchy and keeps telling me i have entered the wrong password and wont let me sign in and then a few mins later lets me in with the exact same autosaved details! and then when i can sign in i get an oops an error occurred screen the majority of the time!) and check the order history did i see it was cancelled.. 

I reordered yesterday.. Got the email confirmation.. supposed to be delivered this morning and then this morning got another email to say the phone was out of stock and would be delivered when it arrives.. 

Rang 1913 and got through after a 1.5 hour wait and the lovely guy on the phone said the phone was showing as instock on his system and he had no idea why I recieved an email to say it wasnt in stock. But he couldnt guarantee this order would be fulfilled either as he has no idea what went wrong the first time.. He was to ring me back but have not heard anything back as of yet!

I received my order confirmation last Thursday after uploading my ID and
proof of address (I am changing to Bill Pay) - 1xxxxxxxx However, I never
received a dispatch email or any tracking information for the order and I'd
just like the peace of mind knowing that my ordered won't be cancelled for
being over 5 days since I received the confirmation email. I understand
that, in the current climate, that the process may be slower and I'm more
than happy to wait however long the process is but I'd just like to know if
my order is still on its way.
