What happens when somebody calls you and you don't answer, are they able to leave a Voicemail?
@Jodie123, are you in a position to get somebody to call you and wait until it goes to voicemail? I'd really like to have as much info as possible. Oh by the way what Billpay plan are you on?
There is one last thing I'd like you to try and if it doesn't work let me know here @Jodie123 could you dial ##21# this code sets up the diverts to your voicemail. If it's possible please get your son to call you again.
