accidental top up

Hi, I accidentally topped up by 15 euro using the saved card service. Then had to top up by 20 i order to activate the plan. Is it possible to get some of that credit back please?

@Add_04843 Hi there, I realise that accidents do happen and would love to help you out. Prepay top-ups once they go through to your number are non-refundable because there is no way to send the funds back to your card/bank.  

Have you considered using the extra credit to buy something on Google Play or App Store?

Hi,

 Oh i thought since the service has my bank card details and can take money out that it could quite easily refund the card. In fact i don't see how it couldn't, doesn't every other service have that capibility. Anyway maybe the company should work on that it's pretty annoying and a simple refund would be appreciated.
