Hello, I followed the blog but when I try to “set up mobile plan” in the settings its greyed out. 

I have a iPhone 15 Pro Max and Apple Watch Series 7

Ah I see thanks, does it have to be bill pay or can it be a pre-pay add on?

@Eoghan_OD06 Smartwatch Share is only compatible with Bill Pay.

I gave a samsung galaxy watch ultra, Having added the smartwatch add on to my Bill pay plan, how long before I can use it on my watch. I've tried it and still get the 3 does not offer smartwatch esim message.

I've tried updating both my Phone and watch aswell as updating the eSim in my phone.

At the moment this service is only available for Apple product users @Add_07826. In the future, we will enable the service to be used with other manufacturers. As soon as I have any updates on this I will be updating our ideas board thread here.

This is not good enough, why is it only available on Apple watch?  

This shows clear bias towards one brand of smartwatch and phone. I think it's time to move after 10+ years with three!
