My plan expired on 27th May, 2023. Can I move to a SIM only payment now? Can I cancel it anytime? Do I loose my rights to an upgrade if I move?
@Add_69078 Since your contract has finished, you can move to one of our SIMO plans now. If you wish to cancel you'll need to give 30-days notice. If you switch to the SIMO plan, you don't lose the option to upgrade. You can re-contact at any time but you'll need to be moved off the SIMO plan as it's not part of upgradable plans.
