top up duplicate

Hi,

I added my card on the website and I didn't see that it was already recharged automatically, just 1 second later I topped up my account with another €20 and only then did I see that there were two recharges. Totaling €1 from the card confirmation and two top-ups of €20 (€40) and my balance is zero. I want to know how I can recover €20.
