Hi, I recently topped up my account twice (both €10 each), but I’ve already run out of credit. I’m not sure what happened, as I didn’t use the balance that quickly.

Could you please check my account and let me know what may have caused this? I’d really appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Hey @Juliana_26643 thanks for posting here, if you have added credit to your balance and you don't have an active plan your credit will be used on calls, texts and data at an out of bundle rate, you can check how your credit was used on your My3 account.
