Smartwatch Mobile Connection Support

Hi, with the recent launch of eSim, it would be great to have Apple/Android smartwatch mobile connection support.

Are you guys on Bill Pay? I updated my iPhone and Apple Watch and I'm still getting the "We're making things even better, This service is unavailable, check back soon for more information." The only difference I can think of is I'm on PAYG.

Hi everyone, I see you've found the addon is available in your My3 accounts, we've also got a blog on this All About: Connecting with Smartwatch Share, if you'd like to have a look as any questions you might have should be covered here.

 

@Cristian Smartwatch Share is only available for use within the Republic of Ireland. Also, currently  Smartwatch Share is only compatible with Bill Pay plans for a full list of the plans click here.

 

@Curt_03186   are you still experiencing difficulties?

So even if I move to Bill Pay I wouldn't be able to use it, right?

I don't think any roaming is supported.

Stacey, I am getting the below error, I have added the watch add-on to my account, I go to the watch app and add mobile service, I logon with my 3.ie account and get this?

I have been onto support but he said to just try again later....

@Three_Stacey I was stuck on actvating for about 2 hours. and I was getting an error message when I went to My add ons in my account. I called in and they removed the addon and added it again. Then I could see it on my account but my phone was still stuck on activating. I then removed all mobile plans from the watch app to stop the activating that had been spinning for over 2 hours. Now, The addon is still active on my account but when I go to "Set Up Mobile Plan" on my phone I get the same message that I have been gettin for the last month "We're making things better" Service unavailable. Yes I did try to restart the phone. Please can you help
